Returns
Eligibility: Only those items are eligible for return that is received broken or wrong package, except for those marked as non-returnable, broken by yourself or “Change of Mind” can’t be return. if we do refund on “Change of Mind” then 10% amount will be detected from the store price. You can ask for return and claimed within 2 days. If the product is used and tag is missing, Zamin Fragrances will not entertain refund requests.
Procedure:
- Contact our customer support team to initiate the return process.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
- Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund.
Refunds
- Processing Time: If you choose your original payment method for the refund, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. However, timing may vary depending on your financial institution and could take up to 5-7 days.
